Im a big believer that this not only helps morale, but also helps cultivate feelings of trust at a studio, which promotes creativity and problem solving!
Ive been working in the industry since 2007, with a few years in the indie scene before that. Currently I am with BioWare as an environment artist. I'm experienced in owning the look and feel of an area, outsource management, propping, lighting, as well as painting textures and terrain.
